An important inspection is always the wet areas. We check for sealing and waterproofing and then inspect drainage to both sewered and septic properties.

With a final examination of your fencing, driveways, garden sheds and other out-buildings we will detail the report so that you'll be totally aware of the condition of the property, avoiding those uncertainties.
